Senior Project Manager position
Department: ASICS Global Security & Infrastructure Services (GSIS)
Location: The Netherlands, Hoofddorp
Working hours: 36 – 40 hours per week (Wednesday is day at the office)

The GSIS department leads secure cloud strategy and delivers services that protect and enable ASICS’ global missions-critical workloads. GSIS delivers services in the area of cloud infrastructure and security to the various ASICS regions worldwide. These services are designed in close corporation with the regions and are managed by leading vendors.
About the Role
ASICS GSIS is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead global projects in the area of IT cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity. This role is critical in driving strategic initiatives that support ASICS’ global operations and digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and deliver international IT cloud infrastructure and security projects from initiation to closure.
· Collaborate with local IT teams to ensure successful implementation of the IT solutions in the various regions.
· Manage the vendors in delivering fit-for-purpose solutions and setting up the related managed services.
· Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
· Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
· Proven experience (5+ years) in managing IT cloud infrastructure and/or cybersecurity projects.
· Strong background in international project management, preferably in a global enterprise environment.
· Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization (i.e. business, local IT teams and third parties).
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
· Experience working with third-party vendors and managing project / service contracts.
· Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
· Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
· Certifications in ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant security frameworks.
· Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
